Purchase terms

1. Scope

These purchase terms apply to paid Duunijobs purchases by employers, including one-time payments and subscriptions. The service is provided by HSBridge Oy (Duunijobs), Finnish Business ID 3559100-7. Contact: support@duunijobs.fi. Basic use is free for jobseekers. See the general terms of use.

2. What you buy

• Contact unlock / one-time fee €312.50 per job post, including VAT — contact details and outreach for matches on that job only for 60 days from purchase. After the window, matches remain visible in anonymised form; names and phone numbers lock until you purchase again or activate the Growth or Annual package.
• Growth package €438/month, including VAT — unlimited job posts and contacts while the subscription is active.
• Annual package €4,379.95/year, including VAT — the same unlimited access for one year.

Prices include VAT at 25.5%. The applicable price and included services are shown before payment.

3. Payment and delivery

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Business customers may also pay by Finnish e-invoice under a separate agreement — request invoicing details at suvi@duunijobs.fi. The digital service is activated immediately after successful payment, including contact unlock and/or subscription rights. By purchasing, you accept immediate delivery.

4. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel renewal of a monthly or annual subscription from the Billing page in the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewal. The period already paid is not refunded. See the refund policy.

5. Governing law

These purchase terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation.
