1. Necessary session cookie

• Name: duunijobs_session
• Purpose: maintain an authenticated session
• Duration: up to 30 days or until logout
• Protection: HTTP-only, Secure in production, SameSite=Lax

This cookie is necessary to provide the authenticated service you request, so separate consent is not required.

2. Analytics cookies (consent)

We use only Duunijobs first-party visitor analytics. We do not use Google Analytics or advertising networks for this purpose. Analytics help us understand visitor volumes on jobseeker and employer pages.

• Consent: duunijobs_cc stores your choice for up to 12 months.
• Visitor identifier: duunijobs_vid is a random UUID stored for about 13 months only if you accept analytics.
• Data recorded: path, site side (candidate, employer or marketing), date and random identifier. On public pages we may also record a normalised click target, technical element identifier, scroll depth and form start, submit or error signal. We do not record form-field contents, keystrokes, session recordings or IP addresses in this log.
• Retention: raw click, scroll and form-signal events for up to 90 days; daily and viewport-level aggregates and page views for about 13 months.

3. Marketing and targeting cookies (consent)

These cookies are not currently in use. You can still record your choice now in the same duunijobs_cc cookie, and we will follow it if advertising is introduced. No advertising cookies are set without your consent.

Consent would cover:

• targeting advertising for Duunijobs services;
• measuring advertising results, such as which ad led to registration;
• advertising-network cookies and similar identifiers from potential partners such as Meta, Google and LinkedIn. These third parties may process data outside the EU.

If future advertising materially differs from this description, we will request consent again. This cookie choice does not cover marketing emails, which require separate optional consent next to the email address.

4. Managing consent

The banner lets you accept all, reject all or open settings. After your choice, the banner remains hidden and the choice applies across duunijobs.fi for 12 months. You can change it at any time using this button or the Cookie settings link in the footer.
