Terms of use
1. Service provider and scope
The service is provided by HSBridge Oy (Duunijobs), Finnish Business ID 3559100-7, Finland. Contact: support@duunijobs.fi. These terms apply to jobseekers, employers and other registered users.
2. Purpose of the service
Duunijobs helps jobseekers describe their skills and employers find potential talent. The service may include profiles, the Visual CV, jobs, ESCO skill suggestions, fit calculations, invitations, messages, recommendations, contracts and payment features. Duunijobs is not a party to an employment contract and does not guarantee employment, candidate suitability or an employer’s decision.
3. Accounts and user responsibilities
- Provide material information truthfully and keep it up to date.
- Protect your credentials and report suspected misuse promptly.
- Use the service only for lawful job search or recruitment.
- Do not submit unnecessary sensitive data, offensive content, malicious code, confidential information, or another person’s data without a lawful basis.
Employers are responsible for the legality of job posts, selection criteria, compensation, contact and recruitment decisions. Discriminatory or misleading posts and practices are prohibited.
4. ESCO suggestions and fit
Duunijobs uses the European Commission’s ESCO classification and machine learning to generate occupation and skill suggestions. Suggestions may be wrong and users must review them. Only confirmed or user-added skills affect matching. Fit is a rules-based recommendation, not an automated selection, rejection or hiring decision. See how matching works.
5. Publishing and visibility
Users control profile and portfolio publication within the features offered by the service. Employers may see an anonymous skill card before contact details are unlocked. Information added to a public portfolio may be visible on the internet, so publish only information you want to make public.
6. Employer job posts and candidate sourcing
By publishing a job post on Duunijobs, the employer agrees that Duunijobs may use the post and related information to source candidates for that role. This includes showing the post on Duunijobs’ own publishing channels and network, and republishing it on other channels — for example social media, partner channels and other sourcing channels — so Duunijobs can bring suitable talent and matches to the employer.
Duunijobs does not guarantee that a post will appear on every channel or that sourcing will produce applicants. The employer remains responsible for the legality of the post content. Closing the post on Duunijobs stops new republication; a post already published on a third-party channel may not be removable immediately.
7. Prices and payments
Basic use is free for jobseekers. The price, taxes, billing period and contents of paid employer features are shown before purchase or payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. Digital service access begins immediately after successful payment. You can end a recurring subscription in the account billing view. See the purchase terms and refund policy.
8. Content and intellectual property
You retain rights to your content. You grant Duunijobs the revocable licence necessary to provide the service while your account and publications remain active. Duunijobs software, design and other proprietary materials belong to HSBridge Oy or its licensors. ESCO materials remain subject to their own terms and licences.
9. Availability and limits of liability
The service is continuously developed and may experience interruptions or errors. We take reasonable steps to correct material defects. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-provided data, another user’s conduct, or whether employment results. Nothing limits liability imposed by mandatory law, intentional conduct, gross negligence or mandatory consumer rights.
10. Account restrictions and termination
We may restrict or close an account if these terms or the law are breached, the service is misused, or security requires it. Users can stop using the service and request account deletion in settings. Data required by law may be retained in limited form under the privacy policy.
11. Personal data and cookies
Personal-data processing is described in the privacy policy. Necessary cookies are described in the cookie policy.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The updated version takes effect when it is published on this page. We do not send employers a separate advance notice. Publishing a job, keeping a job live, or continuing to use the service means the employer accepts the terms then in force.
For jobseekers using the service as consumers, material changes are announced in the service. New acceptance is requested if a change materially affects the jobseeker’s rights or obligations.
13. Governing law and disputes
Finnish law governs these terms. Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation. Consumers may use Finnish consumer advice and the Consumer Disputes Board. Other disputes are resolved in a competent Finnish court in accordance with mandatory law.
